Answer: For our return policy regarding any of our sales incentive or employee recognition programs please contact a sales representative. Given that all of our promotional products are customized, all sales are final and we are unable to accept any returns once a job has been delivered to the buyer. However, if the buyer feels that there is a material or manufacturing defect in the product the buyer must notify us in writing within 48 hours of acceptance of delivery. Otherwise the sale is considered final. The buyer must send no less than five of the products back to us for inspection to determine if there is a material or manufacturing defect. All products including customized apparel must not be soiled, altered or show evidence of wear to be eligible for return. Shipment of the products for our inspection shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We regret we cannot accept returns C.O.D. nor can we accept returns based on defects discovered after a third party apply additional decoration to the product. If it is determined that there is a defect in the material or manufacturing of the product a return authorization will be issued and your return will be accepted and we will repay your freight for the return. All claims for shortages, loss or non-delivery must be made in writing to Metro Promotions & Printing within 5 days from the date of the accepted delivery by the buyer. All claims for damages in transit must be made with the individual carrier when you receive the shipment, so please save all shipping cartons for inspection.
2. What is your Refund Policy?
Answer: Any refund due will be made in the same form that the buyer paid for the order. Therefore if the buyer paid by check, we will refund the money with a corporate check from Metro Promotions & Printing. Orders that require a refund paid for by the buyer with a credit card will be refunded by Metro Promotions & Printing issuing a credit to the buyers credit card.
